Marc RJ Gagnon

Marc Gagnon began his public service career as a student with the Federal Public Service. Marc has worked on reengineering call-centres; government on-line; IT systems design; organizational renewal; biometrics and immigration information sharing; border and national security; and more recent IT service design and delivery.
Equipped with an Honours Degree in Outdoor Recreation and Bachelor of Arts degree (History) from Lakehead University, Marc has had a diversified career, which also included corporate human resources and strategic policy development.
Marc has a passion for building stronger and healthier communities. He has served as a cabinet member for the 2014 Workplace Charitable Campaign and continues to be active in helping others. He currently serves as Co-Champion for Mental Health and Well-Being with Shared Services Canada.
His academic work has been published in the Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing and he enjoys exploring new places and new adventures. He can be contacted at marcrj (@) gmail (dot) com.
