Marc Suraci
Real Estate Developer in Hamden, Connecticut
Tell the truth or at least don’t lie “ Jordan Peterson INFJ. I started a coating company after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Accounting. With no employees or sales we grew it into one of the largest Metal Finishing companies on the East Coast. When I left the company in 2010 we had two facilities, 7 million in sales and 60 employees. I did every job during the growth of the company but truly excelled in the sales part of the business. During my time building the Finishing company I also invested in historical Real Estate properties around New Haven CT. I acquired 160,000 sq of commercial real Eastate and 44 residential rental units. In 2003 I converted a 9 unit apartment complex into condominiums. I am always upgrading my properties and looking for more investment opportunities. I believe in a flight to quality, curb appeal, and location. Yale University provides a unique market for quality apartments and has keep the vacancy rate low in New Haven. In a brief partnership I help start a successful realestate sales company in New Haven. It was a great experience and acquired a great deal knowledge about the sales side of the real estate market. 2010 I started PowderTrader.com a internet market place to trade inventory in the powder coatings industry. 2014 I enrolled in Alburtus Magnus Collage MBA program. I have enjoyed given lectures at Quinnipiac University on international Buisness and to Platt Tech High school on the importance of setting goals. I am passionately working to help families with Autistic children to understand thier rights in the school system. End seclusion and isolation of Autisic children in public schools. To give a voice to voiceless. I support The Conneticut Brain Tumor Alliance in memory of my wife Roseann.
