Marcus is adept at adding value in an analytical and advisory role by understanding the environment in which organizations exist, factors that affect implementation, and defining/building a path to success. Currently, as a consultant, I work with the federal government to use performance data to make more informed decisions, improve management practices, and foster a collaborative, cross-agency environment.
