Marcus Downs

Marcus is a graduate from the University of Saint Thomas, majoring in Philosophy and Mathematics. He has been lending since 2004 and moderates Questions & Coffee, a forum for loan offers. Currently, he is co-founding the Center for Responsible Homeownership to further help homeowners succeed. Marcus is a strong believer in making the financial and mental preparations before you shop for a home. For this reason, Marcus has been a Homestretch volunteer since 2009.
