Marcus Ho

Dr Marcus Ho is a senior lecturer at the Auckland University of Technology. With a background in HRM consulting and organisational psychology, his research interests lies in the intersection of entrepreneurship and human capital and resources. His research and passion can also be found in the areas of social entrepreneurship, innovation and technology entrepreneurship.

Marcus is an avid user and advocate of technology. His passion is in understanding how people create, interact, and utilise technology. Aside from being an academic, Marcus is also a keen participant of gaming, social media, and leisure innovation. Marcus is a member of the Academy of Management, European Group of Organization Studies, Beta Gamma Sigma Honours Society, and a research fellow of the New Zealand Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Centre (SIERC).

In his spare time, Marcus enjoys playing tennis, water and snow sports and boating.

Marcus consults on a regular basis and has consulted for small, medium and large companies such as Carter Holt Harvey, ASB Bank, and TMP Worldwide.
