I am a highly experienced and credible professional with 15 years demonstrable experience working successfully at a senior level mostly in large multi-site international organisations. I have the perseverance to achieve high-level goals and a proven ability to contribute to the strategic development of the business with a persuasive management and leadership style. I drive down to the detail, working from the bottom up and have extensive systems experience and very good analytical skills to review business process and procedures and find opportunities for improvements. I have a strong record of accomplishment in successfully implementing major projects that have made significant contributions to the bottom line and very good technical accounting knowledge across all disciplines, and have operated effectively and persuasively in service-focussed industries with an intellectual approach to challenges coupled with a strategic, commercial vision of the bigger picture. I am equally happy rolling up my sleeves and being very hands-on whenever the situation requires it.
