Marcus Klasson

Marcus is a lecturer and consumer researcher at the School of Economics and Management, Lund University, Sweden. He is devoted to socio-cultural approaches to further understand the dynamic relationships between consumer actions, the marketplace, and cultural meanings.

The culture of food affect human life to levels that most people can’t even imagine. Marcus runs the blog "The foodie culture" that serves as an output of his encounters as a consumer and food researcher in an attempt to shed more light on the culture of food and how food affects society.
