Actor, model and presenter from Romford, Essex experienced in stills, film and TV including live TV presenting with autocue, green screen, interviewing and talkback.. I love to see the world in unique ways; from volunteering with charities in Malaysia and backpacking around South East Asia to touring small venues around Europe and the USA with my band (I'm a bass player).

I'm a certified GTD® trainer and coach and I love helping my clients get more clarity and control over their work and personal lives.

I describe myself as "a morning person" and cannot leave the house without making the bed and making sure I've got a good book to keep me company on my travels.
