Significant understanding of client-side real estate regeneration and capital programmes from initiation through to delivery including financial control (revenue and capital) and associated governance. My skills, experience and qualifications equip me with the ability to undertake a transition into a new senior leadership role both interim and permanent with the ambition of creating a lasting impact for communities.
