I'm a hands-on communications and public relations lead with agency and in-house experience across both emerging and developed markets.

My career spans radio broadcasting and agency stints in advertising and communications consulting. I currently head up corporate comms at F5 in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

I'm co-chair of the PRCA UK's International Communicators group and adviser to FSC's Initiatives & Partnership charity.

I run trails, play chess, support Fulham FC, shout for the Springboks, and listen to as many podcasts as possible.
