An athlete dedicated to using his enthusiasm for racing to support his philanthropic interests, Marc Wolpers has completed numerous 5k runs, various charitable bike rides, several turkey trots and any distance triathlon. While fundraising for charities through these events, he has also enjoyed the companionship of his children, who join him when their schedules allow. Recently, Marc Wolpers has once again turned his attention toward a more demanding sport and is currently training for future triathlons.

The organizations Mr. Wolpers chooses to support often have a personal connection. For instance, in October of 2019 he participated in the Run to E.A.T. event, the first benefit road race for the organization known as End Allergies Together (E.A.T.). His son, who joined him for the race, has various food allergies, while Mr. Wolpers himself suffers from various food allergies.

Another personal connection involves cancer, as his father recently received a diagnosis of bile duct cancer. For this reason, Mr. Wolpers has become active in events furthering research for cancer treatment through the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, which boasts several Nobel Prize-winning scientists.
