After successful careers at Abbott Nutrition and Eastern Airlines, Marcy Depew decided to follow her passion for leadership in business and life, attending Franklin University and earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Her business experience and leadership degree allowed her to open her own business in September, 2000. Teal-Noir Productions offers Business Consulting to small- to mid-size organizations and Career Development services to individuals.

She assists professionals in both the business and non-profit sectors, advising them on Marketing Plans, Business Plans, New Venture Start-Up, Succession and Scenario Planning, and Talent Attraction and Retention to help ensure their continued survival and future success. Training, coaching and mentoring have become particular areas of expertise for Marcy.

Her Career Development Clients include business professionals across all industries, educational levels, geographical areas, and with varying skill sets who are successfully accepting interviews and positions, even during these tough times. She also contributes as an Undergraduate Student Coach at Franklin University.
