Margaret “Maggie” Brunn joined A&E in 2012. As President, she is actively involved in the strategic direction of the firm and manages all areas of the firm including operations, investments, financings, capital programs, and dispositions. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.
Prior to her time at A&E; Real Estate, Brunn worked as part of the acquisitions group at Greenfield Partners, a $2.6 billion fund. Her responsibilities included identification, pursuit and underwriting of investment opportunities. She was also responsible for portfolio level analyses of Greenfield’s funds.
Before Greenfield, Brunn worked at Urban American handling all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations, as well as asset management of two condominium conversion properties.
Margaret Brunn obtained her BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. She is also a board member of the New York Urban League.
