Margaret De Pass

I was born and raised in Jamaica West Indies. I am pursuing a major is Public Administration with a Minor is Global Media Communications. I am a Senior and full time student. Since I have worked in the legal field, filling in the shoes of my bosses except going to court on their behalf, thus my decision to become an attorney. I expect to attend FIU Law School this Fall and in five years to own a full blown legal practice. I have experience in various areas like family law, torts and joint ventures, but I will practice in additional areas where God leads me. Research is very important to every field in having hard facts of winning/success or losing/failure and I know this course will provide me with all those tools to excel. I have several hobbies, including playing the harp and rollerblading, but I've not been able to enjoy them very much as I spend most of my waking hours in reading and getting ahead in school. I go to any and all websites that give me feedback on legal cases and laws but my favorite sites are “www.law.cornell.edu/rules” and “blackslawdictionary.com.”
