I love words! The way they can be strung together like a string of pearls. Others things I enjoy is time by the sea – I live on an island, reading – more fiction than non, quilting – it isn’t Christmas without making something for one of my four daughters, breadmaking and cooking – always searching for new recipes. I am retired from working, but not from life. Eclectic in my interests, I write poetry and am also working on my memoir, The Act of Becoming, as well as, the first in a mysteries series featuring a travel nurse.
