I am a native Angeleno, Chicana, and love the city of the Angels, Los Angeles, California.

I am passionate about the arts, education, mi cultura,live music, theatre, film and a beautiful sunset.

I recently graduated with my MFA in Creative writing and am looking to set the world on fire , well, with words. Adelante!

I am a performer, writer,teacher and lover of all things art..I have a One Woman Show called, "Margarita on the Rocks" My play, " A Forced To be Reckoned with" was produced at CASA 0101 ,and ran for a successful six week run.

I had a piece called" The Adventures of Nalgaman - Saving one Latina/0 ass at a time"in Chicanas, Cholas y Chisme 2015 at Casa 0101.

My first piece of Prose is "Mexican Mothers and Freeways"published by Brooklyn and Boyle newspaper.As an actress I have been in Speed, Colors and Falling Down. I am the recipient of An Alma award for the PBS production of Foto Novelas.

Y que mas?..... I like to dance!...listen to live music, and read anything Magical realism. I presently teach acting and playwriting at Casa0101.
