Recruiting is not as simple as just finding and hiring the right person for the position. It's also building relationships with managers, peers, candidates, vendors; networking with external partners; cultivating referral sources; using social media wisely; being engaged and nimble throughout the entire process. With over 10 years of recruiting experience I've been privy to seeing the industry change and form itself into the modern, networked field it is today.
