Passions I enjoy exercising daily it's a great way to start the day. Beginning in March, I hit the bike trails on my road bike. Hiking is another way to connect with nature and do your body good.

Certifications I am a certified Spinning Instructor, a certified personal trainer, and certified Lifestyle & Weight Loss Coachwith the American Council on Exercise.

What I'm proud ofI completed the Chicago Marathon; I biked a Century (100 mile bike ride) and the Canadien Rockies; hiked down the Grand Canyon and up Mt. St. Helen and the Smoky Mountains

I love to be outdoors and accomplishing physically demanding events and active vacations. I have a soft spot in my heart for all animals, the elderly and kids; I've been married for 30 years and looking forward to 30 more years. I work at an arts, entertainment and media college as the assistant to the executive director of admissions, who is a fantastic boss which I'm very grateful. I have one sister who is my best friend.
