Margarita Ruiz

I was born in a small town in Mexico called Irimbo, but my mother brought me to the United States when I was only four years old. I have lived in Chicago most of my life except for two years when I lived in Mexico. My passion for teaching developed in second grade when my teacher did everything she could to teach me English, her dedication pulled through. I attended Lane Tech High School and graduated in 2013, ow I currently attend Northeastern Illinois University.
