Manager and consultant with expertise in the education field: product, project and program management, curriculum design, digital platform management (www.eduharbor.com), and business development in the field of education. Training and leadership roles, proven success in undertakings such as establishing a company, transforming the team to use digital tools and improvement of business development. Able to effectively communicate in several languages, including English, German, Russian, Chinese, and Ukrainian. Has worked in international teams around the globe.
Over a decade of being an educator with experience in building and leading projects on PBL, Quality Education, Sustainability, SDGs, Global Competencies, Digital Literacy, Gender Equality, and Climate Action. Has trained over 200 Chinese public school teachers and over 10.000 online educators. Through organising and hosting educational events, fostering a global community of educators with 500 international members along with an established partners’ network of over 2000 educators in China and over 4000 international educators worldwide.
Planning and implementation of donation programs to equip educators in rural Uganda NGOs with China-sourced hardware devices such as computers and phones.
