Margarita Lopez

Margarita Lopez is a businesswoman, philanthropist, and activist. Her activism has traditionally been geared toward protecting the rights of the mentally ill and drug and alcohol dependent, however, she seeks equality for all marginalized communities. Margarita Lopez has worked as a representative for the New York City Council and is currently a board member at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA).
