Im a certified NLP Practitioner & have studied Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling.

I facilitate people through a process of self discovery to

• connect them with their own unique 'truth'
• create the conditions for their personal 'growth' & change
• promote the experience of inner 'alignment'
• discover hidden inner 'resources'

I hold a firm belief that

We all already have the resources & answers that we need within us

And this underpins the way I facilitate the change process. Because I believe my clients have their own answers already inside them - it is so important that my own answers & opinions stay out of the process - that the process be 'clean' - without me interfering with the sacredness of it - or of my clients' experience - just taking their attention to their inner world - not adding anything to it - but rather allowing it to do its own revealing & teaching.

I think Ive been born with the mission to introduce individuals to that inner 'landscape' that's called 'them' - so that they too can see & honour the uniqueness & richness - that I myself can so clearly see - lies 'within' them.
