Margretta Austin

Author of "In Front of My Wizard". This book is about an African American women from Uniontown, Pennsylvania who tries to cure her life long struggles with depression that had tremendously affected her life for so long. Along her journey she had to overcome many obstacles, which included domestic violence, sexual abuse, alcoholism, natural disasters and many more road blocks. Just as her mind and body began to deteriorate to a point of agony and pain, she writes her final suicide letter to her family. She finds her wizard-a therapist. Soon she realizes that the psychotherapist has given her the keys to unlock the future, help overcome the past, and the power to defeat the mental illness that had controlled her life for so long.

Margretta Austin, Author, from Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Tracy Austin, owner of A & A Landscaping, and daughter, Monique and son, Anthony. Enjoys writing and reading.
