Maria Barnett

Maria Barnett is a third year undergraduate student at Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is working on a Bachelor of Business majoring in General Business. She has a 3.4 GPA and is expecting to graduate in May 2015.She is currently a pledge of Women's Service Organization, a community service focused sorority, and is aiming to become an active member by the end of the Fall semester. Being a pledge of Women's Service Organization means that Maria must complete at least 25 hours of community service and other requirements like getting the current actives to sign her paddle. The requirements for WSO have taught her better comminication skills and also taught her the value of a good work ethic. Given the opportunity, Maria will use the skills she has learned in a positive way in the workplace.
