Maria Lamberg

I have nearly ten years of experience in leading/managing both managers and teams. I have extensive experience in leading changes in ever changing business environment in Fintech industry both operationally and in projects and other kind of development tasks in different roles.

I greatly enjoy leading people and leading change and therefore I’d like to do that in my future role as well. I love challenges and solving problems and I have a huge thrive to develop things further. I enjoy working in a dynamic environment where there are many things going on simultaneously. I'm quite an action Jackson myself i.e. I get things done quite easily and get people involved.

My leadership style is engaging and empowering and I like to solve challenges together with all the relevant stakeholders. I see myself as an enabler i.e. I want to create circumstances for all the people in the organisation where they have possibilities to succeed. By doing that we all have better chances of achieving our company goals. I am persistent and I do not go for the easiest solutions. If I see that something can be done even better, I do everything I can to assure that it is done that way so that we will achieve the best possible results and customer satisfaction.
