Maria

I am 26 years old and in the spring semester of 2013 I received my Masters degree in Industrial design at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.

During my fourth year I took an exchange year in Vienna at Universität für Angewandte Kunst.

In Vienna I got introduced to and very inspired by experimental design, which in some way has shaped my way of thinking.

With my design I hope to evoke feelings and emotions by telling a deeper story within the shapes through the cycle of usage of the products.

I think that a product should be more than an item - but should be able to create new memories and inspire. Personaly I think it's very inspiring to look at our behaviour, and try to find new ways of interaction with products.

I hope to create designs that have conceptual and emotional value that meet the user demands in an unexpected way.
