"Architects should be educated, skillful with the pencil, instructed in geometry, know much history, have followed the philosophers with attention, understand music, have some knowledge of medicine, know the opinions of the jurists, and be acquainted with astronomy and the theory of the heavens." _ Vitruvius

I am a London based architect looking for new experiences to continue my personal and professional development.

I am a fully qualified portuguese architect registered by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) working in the UK since November 2013 and with previous professional experience in Portugal for four years.

I had my architectural education and early professional experience in Porto (Portugal), with a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Porto and four years of architectural practice where I had the opportunity to work in many different projects throughout its different stages.
During this period I invested in additional training in Construction Management and Project Management, with an international certification by the Project Management Institute, to improve my professional education and my performance as an architect.

In 2013 I moved to London to pursuit the challenges of an international career and embrace the full experience of working in a dynamic work culture.
At the moment I am working at BMJ Architects - an architecture firm specialized in healthcare, education and sciences projects.
