Maria Lima

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at School of Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University. PhD in Gerontology (Unicamp), Master in Health Sciences (UFPE). Postgraduate in Public Health and Society and Data Science Science for healthcare. I am driven by cross-collaboration between projects that establish multidisciplinary connections, generating a positive impact on public health and society.

Since university, I have dedicated myself to studying gerontology, having developed projects and research related to aging, mobility, life space, fall's prevention and integrated care for older people.

Behavior oriented towards collaboration, planner, team player, thoughtful and persevering. Continuous learning, exchange of experience and being a vector of impact in society are what stimulate and motivate me, and what I aim for my trajectory.
