I am extrovert and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. I enjoy building a rapport with the customer and identifying their specific needs, always making sure I provide an extemely high level of customer service in a friendly and approachable manner. My ethic in life is to treat eveyone the way I would like to be treated, and always be polite. In the Call Centre which I am currently employed, I process reservations, amendments, and deal with enquiries both through e-mail and live chat. I also cover the desk leader position which entails assisting staff and supervising the office in the managers absence.
