María Amado

Hello, I’m María. I’m a student and worker living in Cáceres, España.

I'm crazy about children and teaching so children have fun learning with me. I am a fan of Horse riding and animals. I’m also interested in music, reading and cycling. I'm patient, hard-working, sensible and a creative person.

I'm currently working on Saturdays doing therapy with horses with disabled people, mainly children.

I've just finished my master's degree in research where I conducted a research to find out how equine-assisted interventions affect the stress of people with disabilities. That was awesome!

Now, I want to pursue my PhD and continue that line of research.

I am also studying English (C1.1 at Official School of languages). I have a B2 certificate and I am still progressing. I think I have a good level but a fluent conversation in an everyday situation is not the same as in an exam, so I am improving every day. My goal is to be bilingual!
