Maria Fernandez-Vivancos Marquina

researcher, Project Manager, and Writer in España

Throughout my working experience I have been in many very diverse jobs where I have developed four main skills. The first is vocational, Communication. I learnt how to manage and produce information through my studies of Journalism, and this knowledge has been very useful at all positions I held. From the beginning I was more appealed towards Investigative Journalism and the need to contrast information, and therefore I decided to complement my studies with a second major, Political Science. Lately, I would specialize in the Middle East through a Master of Arts. It was during my graduate studies that I strengthen my second skill, Research. Communication and research together are the perfect complement to write reports. The third skill also comes from my vocation towards communication, Public Relations. Tasks such as event management, trainings o dealing with donors need a person with this skill. Lastly, I have worked in management of projects and teams since the beginning of my working life.
