With a passion for culture beyond mere self-interest, Mariah seeks to push the envelope by informing audiences on the past, present and future through her writing and commentary.

She has had the honor of presenting the latest news on hip hop through Rapstation, owned and facilitated by the legendary Chuck D of Public Enemy. In addition, she has worked for other various platforms such as the streetwear brand Cross Colours, supporting their resurgence by redesigning their narrative for a new generation 20 years after their original debut.

Now living in the fast paced city of Los Angeles, she is ready to make a name for herself, creating a necessary dialogue around cultural and sociopolitical issues as a freelance writer.
