Maria is a vocalist, recording artist, performer and band leader living in Vancouver, British Columbia. She brings people together through a musical breeze of jazz standards, bossas and sambas. Maria is Vice Chair for the Audio Engineering Society (AES), Vancouver Section, and official photographer for all the events. She also devotes her time and skills to UBC's Sea Around Us Project. Maria enjoys ice-skating, films, videography, photography, graphic design and travelling.
