Maria Marklove

Maria is a leadership coach and facilitator, predominantly for Executives in innovation and tech.

She is highly skilled in delivering results-focused, impactful workshops and 1:1s as an Executive Coach. Previous clients include a Forbes under 30 winner, a winner of the Earthshot Prize, and game-changers in the Energy industry (who have also gone on to win various awards). She has also spoken regularly at The Royal Academy of Engineering and Cambridge Judge Business School, and worked with organisations such as SAP, Asda, and the NHS Trusts.

Maria is passionate about growing people as individuals, as well as unlocking high-performing teams, and what can be achieved through outstanding leadership. Ultimately, she helps leaders to develop the critial knowledge, skills, behaviour and habits to become highly effective.

In her spare time, she leads the Operations for Rabble Games, a Community Interest Company that helps adults get fit through fun games and amazing community.

She has a PhD in Mathematics, likes bicycles, and lives in London.
