I have a strong interest in communication and a solid background in human resources and administration. I am skilled in employee relations, organisation development, pay and benefits, resourcing and talent planning, people management, and development and performance management. For the last 10 years I have been working closely with departmental managers and members of staff from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, developing exceptional working relationships through an effective use of excellent interpersonal skills and communicative abilities. I’m passionate about relationship building and communication as well as building organizational processes for organization and coordination.
