I am positive energy personified. I bring creativity, warmth, and the promise of endless possibility to my life and my work. As a leadership trainer, consultant and coach, I devote my time to helping leaders at every level develop deeper self-awareness and confidence, create strong relationships with those who matter to them, and dream and act big. My lifelong curiosity of culture and passion for social equality have led me to explore the world, to pursue a graduate degree in international communication, and to facilitate dialogues and training programs to build diverse and inclusive teams and organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

Why I do what I do:
Coaching gives me the opportunity to listen to others’ stories and dreams, and help them to make those dreams a reality. I’ve been surrounded my entire life by people who took an interest in seeing me succeed, who gave me unconditional support and prudent guidance, and showed me how to open myself up to the universe of possibilities that awaited me. It’s my mission to do the same for others, to help them to recognize that “I can” is always an option.
I strongly believe in the power of storytelling, and use writing as a tool to guide my own life journey as well as that of my clients. Honoring family, friendships and self are crucial components to my own life purpose. I am also an ardent believer in physical, emotional and spiritual health, and work with my clients to create balance among these life giving forces.

I bring a wealth of professional experience in organizational development, leadership training and facilitation, and individual coaching. These skills, partnered with a deep expertise in diversity and inclusion and intercultural communication training, give me the tools to work with clients who wish to explore their own personal values, beliefs and assumptions, and to more effectively understand and lead others who may possess very different world views.

I fully embrace the philosophy of mixing business with pleasure. I believe we learn the most about ourselves and others when we can combine serious intellectual and emotional concepts with creative outlets.
