Anyone with a mission (whether that be entrepreneur, artist, charitable worker, etc.) has something they want to or should be doing in their business or organization but aren't. Either there isn't enough time, it's too stressful, too complex, there’s too much paperwork, etc. I specialize in THAT. Business for BUSY and/or non-business people.

I’m something of an emulsifier. (What the hell, you may be asking?!)

Remember the old science experiments from when we were kids, where you put some food coloring and oil and water into a jar and learned that no matter how hard you shook, they just wouldn’t really mix?

If you put an excess amount of work in, you could get them to mix for a while out of force (sort of like a vinaigrette) but leave it alone for a while and they’d separate right back into their respective, isolated groups.

The oil and water I’m referring to here are the Creatives (the idea-generators, artists, musicians, and wild-visionaries) and the structured Business world (the bottom-liners, type-A lawyers, labyrinth-loving government officials, report-wielding CEO’s and number-crunchers).

With some (often unnecessary) force, they’ll mix, but the emulsion remains unstable at best. A stable emulsion, in this case, calls for an emulsifier. Something that makes oil and water ACTUALLY mix, or soundly and effectively work together.

Lucky for me, I actually enjoy the rules & procedures, research, paperwork and general business ‘dirty work’ that so many Creatives tend to shy away from.
