Mariana Hamel-Smith

Having been in London for almost 8 years - I'm pretty enshrined into the culture. That said, my Trinidadian blood runs thick and the longer I'm away from home the more keen I am to hold onto my culture. Carnival is my love - soca is in my veins and Trini cuisine is next to perfect for flavour and diversity.

I try to bring a flare of the Caribbean to all my cooking but I also love to explore new flavours and cuisines so my blog has a bot of everything in it.
