MARIANGÉLICA CUERVO

Mariangelica was born in Colombia, but raised in Toronto, Canada. After earning her degreefrom Ryerson University in Toronto, she decided to pursue her true passion, acting. She studied at the New York Film Academy in New York and soon found her first role as a Colombian Guerrilla in the award-winning film, 5000. She then moved to Colombia, acting in numerous Telenovelas. To further her training, she returned to NYC and studied at The Acting Studio, Inc.. under the tutelage of James Price. Mariangélica made her NYC stage debut in 2009, appearing in the featured role of Ruth in the Chelsea Repertory's company production of Michael Weller's Moonchildren.

Mariangélica moved to Los Angeles at the end of 2011, managing to position herself as one of the most prominent upcoming Latinas, having done over 20 commercials, various films and a podcast called, OVER THE BORDER ACTING.
