I am a consultant, recruiter, and hr specialist currently living in Vigevano, PV, Italia. My personal interests range from travel to food. I am also interested in writing, innovation, and education.

As Hr specialist at Manpower and Talent Acquisition Manager at Auto1 Group, I've developed my leadership, organisation and communication skills .

Thanks more than 13 years of experience in Hr companies as recruiter, consultant and account, I have a strong sense of organisation and I like working with people who get on with the job, and don't waste time.

I'm business oriented and I'm able to work both on my own and as a good team player.

Thanks my work experience I'm quick to assimilate new ideas, new concepts, and well organized in order to ensure that deadlines, budgets and objectives are met.

The present chellenging working environments spring me to challenge my self by studing new trends and opportunities, with passion and curiosity for a non- static job like mine.

I'm very interested on Digital Hr , Performance Mangement, Career Coaching and Talent Acquisition.

I gradueted in Cagliari, in 2004 and I have a degree in foreingn Languages. After that I did my first Master in Hr management.

Today, I'm attending the Hr Specialist Master of Sole24 ore Business School, and I've completed a payroll and administrative course, to incrase my knowledge of this Hr field.

Human age and business goal are my key words.

I'm empathetic and a very practical professional; but I think It's important to use lateral thinking to find unexpected solutions.
