I have been working on the web for more than 15 years, building up important experience as a Marketing Manager, developing skills for online customer acquisition and customer retention and also as User Experience Manager.

I'm one of the first in Italy to introduce the lean UX and agile UX design processes and to experiment new techniques of user research and usability development.

I am greatly interested in the growth of ecommerce and the management of online stores both from a personal and professional point of view.
