Mari Anne Snow is an digital communication expert with deep skills in L&D, organizational development, virtual team development and change management who is passionate about using technology to support business.

She is CEO of SophiaThink, a digital media strategy company and it's sister company, Sophaya, a professional development training company providing learning content and management coaching for virtual teams and the professionals that lead them.

Before SophiaThink and Sophaya, Mari Anne held senior positions as a business technologist and organizational development professional at the State Street Corporation. An enthusiastic, engaged educator, Mari Anne has taught grad and undergrad courses in digital strategy at Bentley and Suffolk Universities for many years.
