Maria Tinker

Maria Tinker is a Young Adult with a stable job in an international Financial Company in the Philippines. She is the eldest of 3 daughters. Her dad passed away almost 7 years ago and this is when she started getting anxiety and panick attacks. She is an artist by blood. She spent 5 years of her life playing nightly gigs in Local bars in Metro Manila, Philippines. She had a chance to record a few cover songs with different bands and has been privileged to perform with some of the countries famous and respected artisits as well. After her father, who made a living out of performing abroad died in 2008, she decided to postpone her dream of being a recording star and decided to work as a IT Support to support her family's living. Maria has always been travelling. At the age of 13 she and her family moved to Baguio City (City of Pines), Northern part of The Philippines and have stayed there for 10 years until she graduated from College and started working in a Newspaper company. She worked in Skyland News for 2 years and had hands on training with Advertising, Editing, Publishing, Circulation adn all there is to know on how to run a Media Company in that small town. She will be forever grateful to this experience as it has taught her a lot and this is where she fell in love woth writing and publishing. This experience was cutshort since she has to go back to Manila and pursue her dream of becoming a Music Artist. Presently working a regular office Job she now is eager to pursue allher dreams and plans as she knows you only live once.. Suffering from Anxiety for the past 7 years she has become afraid and unwilling to be adventurous. She was afraid of being criticised and totally neglected Writing or even Playing Music. Now she is tuning her life around and her main goal is to achieve and experience everything that she needs in a lifetime. She is also in the journey of losing 50% of her weight for health reasons and she knows that she will be able to conquer this and at the same time have fun and an amazing experience, and the best way to do it is to share and write about it. Writing is her first love and she velieves she will be able to improve since she knows she has a natural talent for this.
