Maribel Marquina Rodríguez

PhD in Biotechnology with over 20 years of experience in biotechnology and biomedical research and more than 8 years of university teaching. I have been awarded two research assessment periods (“sexenios”) by the Spanish National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity (CNEAI).
I hold official teaching accreditations in Health Sciences from ANECA (Assistant Professor, Accredited Associate Professor and Private University Professor) and from AQU Catalunya (Lecturer and Collaborating Professor in Medical and Health Sciences).
My research expertise includes cell and molecular biology, cell culture, microbiology, experimental methodologies in biomedical research, and the use of murine disease models.
I am the author of numerous scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals, as well as two book chapters on experimental methodologies and a chapter in a scientific monograph in the field of biomedicine.
My work focuses on biomedical research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and knowledge transfer in the health sciences, and I am always open to new scientific collaborations and research opportunities.
