It only takes one step, one word, one gesture to be a positive force in another's life. Encouraging others to pursue their calling, to reach a goal gives me the thrill of the job -- be it real estate, education, marketing or parenting. Helping others open doors by building on their strengths has been a part the journey of my life work: with Vance Publishing as managing editor and operations manager, with Marian Hope Academy as educator, with Keller Williams KC North as Realtor, as a private tutor, as a freelance writer and editor, as mom to my five blessings. No hesitations about stepping into new territory, although the uncertainties show up in, and slow up, the route, I seem to always be looking for the new challenge. Finding the "sweet spot" in the journey of life is the constancy for me.
