Thanks for stopping by. I’m Marie, an accredited and passionate clinical nutritionist.

My reason for becoming a nutritionist is a simple one... I wasn't sick, yet I was sick of my daughter asking for unhealthy snacks in her lunch box. I ran a fun interactive workshop with the kids at school to make vegetables 'kool' - it was a huge success!

I decided to follow my passion for nutrition and my thirst for knowledge, taking myself back to college. My previous qualifications were in computer science, let's just say dinner party conversations are very different now!

My studies showed me yet again the power of food to fuel us. We're sadly living in a world where people are overfed and undernourished and where conflicting nutritional information is in the media. Trying to make the right choice can sometimes feel too confusing.

My aim is to provide you with evidence-based nutritional information and support tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals and circumstances.

I can help you with nutritional education and advice for:

General nutrition and healthy eating for all ages

Food intolerances including wheat, gluten and lactose, plus low FODMAP diets

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and pregnancy planning

Women’s health including period pain, irregular periods, pre-menstrual symptoms and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Digestive disorders including IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), heartburn, indigestion, constipation anddiarrhea.

I also deliver workshops to local community groups and schools. For more information visit NutritionThatFits.com.au
