Understand an audience so well that we know what moves them, what will insight action, and that's really the primary purpose. It's to create an emotional connection with an audience member. To understand the human condition so that we can translate information into emotion and insight an action out of that, and that purpose is compelling.

I design unique modules based on humane emotions and use the information and insight into which makes the second step really important, checking their behavior. This is called ethnography in research terms.
