I really appreciate working in flat hierarchies and in a balanced atmosphere. In my opinion if you're not equable you can either do a great work but you're stressed all the time and influence your team members negative or you can be a good team member/ leader but you will not deliver good working results. If you are not equable you cannot do a great job and be a nice member at the same time. Therefore we have to do something which is good for our body and our mind to reconcile both.

I like being a part of a diverse team. I like sharing my ideas with people who are not restricted in one's thinking and who are not afraid of some adventures. I like internationality in my work place as well as global connections.

I support the values honesty, openness and optimism in my business and personal life. These values contribute to a great working atmosphere and will hence contribute to successful results.

The employees are the most important resource of every company. They have to be treated very well because they are the key to more customer satisfaction, less employee turnover, a better internal and external image and a perfect working environment.
