Dr. Emily Nolfo
Branford, Connecticut
Dr. Nolfo graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Russian Studies. She is proud to have been one of the first women freshmen accepted at Princeton. Dr. Nolfo received her M.D. from SUNY-Brooklyn in 1987 and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Francis Hospital-UConn in 1990. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, having recertified in 2005. She loves the variety of challenges in adult medicine, and believes in forging strong partnerships with her patients and in the power of prevention. Dr. Nolfo is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale Medical School and regularly teaches medical students in her office. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Connecticut State and New Haven County Medical Societies.
