My clinical approach is compassionate, trauma focused, relationship- and assessment based, grounded in attachment, clinical-developmental theory, wisdom traditions; integrates evidence-based, research-informed assessment and treatment. Contemporary trauma theory, cognitive/affective neuroscience findings are deepened by contemplative, mindfulness practice; enriched by ancient Buddhist thought in which the heart is regarded as the relational home.
